I live in my grannies old house. I woke up and had no water. Hecksel installed the well in 1978. I found a bad glass fuse and replaced and then only I only could hear clicking from this box. Hecksel let me come out and pick up a box to replace it to see if it works. Pump kicked right on. It's a $120 part that I could have went out and bought and the thing might not have even fix it and he let me try it for free! Only thing left to do is pay the man. We are a family of 5. What a life savor!

This is one of the very best companies I have ever done business with.Very  fair and honest and will go that extra mile for you.I strongly recommend them . Great job,well done.  ,no pun intended

I woke up to find my home had no water, anywhere! Checked the breaker, reset, and tripped again, started calling friends, family, church, because I knew nothing about wells.my neighbor knew electricity enough to tell me the pump was junk.so we youtubed how to get it out, built a rig to pull it out and failed.I called mr.hecksel and within a few hours of determination from his crew, they managed to get my bad pump out and put another down, so grateful for these guys, Thanks again.

Steve was very helpful. Honest and trustworthy. Fixed my issue with far less cost than I had anticipated! Highly recommended!!!
