I was approved for some furniture. I made my payments on time. I was able to pay 12 months same as cash. Saved over 600 dollars by doing so. The ladies at the branch were friendly and eager to help!

I had received a letter from heights, I submitted an application and called to inquire abut it before the employee even took my full name I was told I could not be assisted. I asked for a manager who was twice as rude as the previous employee, I then asked for corporate phone number and was told it would not be given because it would not help anything. I located there corporate number and was told I would need to speak with the district manager. The district manager was just as unhelpful stated he could not assist because he does not have access to anything without contacting the branch I called.... Long story short there are hundreds of loan companies with GREAT customer service for those who are looking to rebuild... IF ITS THIS  DIFFICULT TO GET ANSWERS PRIOR TO A LOAN I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THOSE GO THROUGH THAT DO TAKE LOANS THROUGH YOU ALL ... Friendly educated customer service is the way to grow a business.
