They lose your payments. They accuse you of making threats when they cuss you out and then when you try to get someone in the corporate office you can’t get anyone. Then when asking for documents of where you took out this loan they don’t want to provide them.

The customer service at the loan facility is some of the worse that I have ever had. I will never borrow money from this company again!!! I had a combative agent named Seth who was very defensive and needs more training on how to deal with customers.
