Among all the fitness centers we've been to, this is our favorite one. Great facilities and equipments, friendly staff and a great workout group. My wife and I have been coming to this gym for 4 years now and we have made a lot of friends ("the workout crew") who meet every week to exercise and encourage one another to stay healthy and become better than yersterday, yesterweek, and yerstermonth!

This place is wonderful, well-kept with a great and helpful staff. The Cybex equipment is my favorite and it is very well maintained. Visit once and you will join up!

It's a nice facility with the staff to match it. It doesn't have all the weights you'll find in a regular gym but it has plenty for a full body workout and the basketball gym is very nice as well. They have a kids area and the park right across is perfect for a walk or jog if you get tired of the treadmills.

Great place to work out, very friendly people, beautiful facility, I really enjoy working out every morning!!
