Richardson Municipal Court has undergone many changes since the retirement of long time sitting Judge Noah.  Almost all of the changes have been for the better.  The court has become more understanding and less rigid which has helped many obtain justice.  I see a bright future for this court for many years to come. The receptionist is rude. Worst place to ever get a ticket. The people who answer the phones are rude. Only way to pay a deferred ticket is in person or mail. Deferred is 90 days and they barely cut back on your ticket. First ticket I've ever gotten too. Got a ticket in Garland and they cut the ticket almost in half, 30 days deferred, and a convenient after hours drop box (which Richardson also doesn't have apparently)

Rude receptionist. Walked in there to talk about my deferred disposition order and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me and attitue. So rude! You need to work on customer service!
