If their salad bar and cafeteria food wasn't so dang expensive this place would be an easy 5. Great staff, excellent food quality. Unbelievably fresh food for groceries or ready to eat. Just a bit on the high side. A typical lunch at heinens cost me about $12.00 unless you can live on bread alone. And you can't, man.

Our club enjoyed a buffet dinner, wine, and a healthy eating presentation, Eat Yourself Super, by their wellness consultant. The upstairs space was very comfortable with table cloths, too. They were very accommodating. Super service, great food, and good information. I highly recommend Heinens Rocky River!

This store is the best. I work third shift and nobody bats an eye when I fill a growler at 9AM. Great beer selection, staff is so nice, I can't say enough! Everyone is so kind, exactly how I want to end my day(morning)

Parking lot is a nightmare with a ton of one way signs. The inside of the store isn’t much better. The aisles are all small and you feel like you’re always in the way. The store is clean and they have good quality selections but they are often out of sale items. It makes me feel flustered to shop here due to the store layout and it isn’t comfortable. Until Publix comes up north, I’ll stick with Whole Foods.

Premium local grocery store with everything you might ever want in a grocery store, with the possible exception of super low prices. They have affordable prices, but not many low end products. I'd recommend them every day of the week.
