We carry sizes from 28D-48K in stock at all times. Special orders can be requested when necessary. Styles include everyday basics, bridal, maternity, mastectomy,bra sized swimwear, special occasion, strapless bras and sports bras.

Jessica Innocent Johnson is the owner of Helen of Troy Bras. Below is my story.

I have been a "busty" girl all my life but it never really seemed to be a major issue until I was planning for my wedding. Like every fashion crazed bridezilla I wanted to have my perfect bra and wear the entirely too expensive strapless wedding gown of my dreams. The shop where I purchased my dress in Manhattan, NY suggested that I go to local bra store to get fitted. I did visit the aforementioned store, was given a bra size I had never heard of and was told there were no bras available for me in the store. I ended up having something close enough cut and sewn into my dress.

While honeymooning in Europe I walked into a shopping mall and was amazed to see F cups and G cups readily available. All different colors and styles and the prices were much cheaper than I was used to even with the dollar conversion. I purchased ten bras that day and it was the best feeling. After returning to the US, (and subsequently my sad bra reality) a light bulb went off in my head. I would bring this experience back to the women in the US and liberate them from the ill-fitting bras too many people think are ok. With the support of my husband several years later Helen of Troy Bras was created.

Helen of Troy Bras is a specialty lingerie store catering to larger cup sizes. This includes petite women who are busty as well as plus sizes. We carry band sizes 28-48 and bras up to K cup. In addition to the online shop we have a physical store located at 5254 Sunrise Highway in Massapequa Park, NY (inside the Sunrise Promenade shopping center with TGI Fridays, Panera, Barnes and Noble and Pier 1 Imports) where we do free bra consultations, no appointment needed. For the women who are not local we offer free Skype fittings and assistance with online orders.

I visited the store in Massapequa because I was having a hard time finding bras that fit me properly. I was sized by Brie, who was very helpful and not all pushy. She was able to quickly find me several nice options that fit amazingly. The bras did have to be ordered, which I did not mind because I have never found something that actually fit me right before.  I found the prices to be reasonable with most of the options being around $60 or so. The bras arrived in the mail a few weeks later and it was SOOO worth the wait. I feel so comfortable and more secure about myself, not to mention the bras are actually pretty! I look forward to shopping again in the future and I will definitely be telling everyone I know.

It seems like this must be a trend and shame on the owner of the store to not even bat an eyelash at these reviews! I understand that a lot of these bras come from overseas, I get that and although you are catering to niche crowd, you would think that you would be a little more forthcoming with where the orders are and when to expect them. The first time I went to the store it was a great experience and I went home happy with a new bra, so when a "secret sale" came up, and I was in need of a bra, I got it. The money has been taken out since Mid November, before the holidays even started. When I inquired in the beginning of Dec, a member of their team by the name of Jessica emailed me back, saying that it would take a little over a week or so and I'd have it. I still don't have it.

When you call their number, it goes right to a machine, not even the store so that they can avoid direct contact with you, hoping you just keep waiting for your bra to come in. Besides the fact that they just lost my business due to finding the same bra on Amazon for a little more, I'm also going to report them to the BBB because this seems to be a rather alarming coincidence with others and things shouldn't be left like this...

Ladies I have you all beat by a mile I ordered my bras September12,2017 I was told it would take 2-3 weeks and they would come in the mail I needed them for my grandsons christening they rushed one for me I got it the week if the affair which was October 22. After numerous phone call and hearing they balance if the order will be in with in a week today is December 11  2017 my bra came but I’m still missing one I quote “the balance will be in shortly” very unhappy customer. To wait 3 months is ridiculous

I am an extremely unpleased unhappy customer . I ordered quite a few bras 2 weeks before halloween this year 2017 it's been a month and 3 weeks and I still not received what I ordered. I called numerous times and each time I am told it is due to the holiday season which does not make sense to me because I ordered them before Halloween. Before the holiday season even started . Then I was told they're coming from the UK I asked where from the UK is it from Guam or something because this is unbelievable that it's taking over a month to receive my bras. I feel like I paid for something and got ripped off . Every employee I speak to says the same thing like they heard it time and time again . I will never shop at the store ever again. Nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone this place is a rip off and should be shut down

I first went to the store 3 years ago and loved it. I went back about a month ago and bought 2 bras. They were super nice and helpful in the store. I got re measured and was able to take one home and had to order the second.  When I wore the bra I took home it didn't fit right. I checked the size and it was 2 cup sizes bigger and 1 band size lower. I went in to exchange it and correct the size on the bra on order and the girl blamed me saying that's the size I tried on. I again tried on "my measured size" bra and it fit perfectly. Of course they didn't have that size on hand. I was told it would take 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks later and they said it would take 3 weeks but they would call me back with a definite date. No call and another week later. I called back and it still wasn't there. They told me they tracked it and it was gonna be there today. Shockingly it wasn't delivered and I'm still waiting. I would never shop here again and would advise others not to either.
