The people are friendly, very very helpful, let you take your time on making up your mind. I had a death in my family about two weeks ago. They were all very understanding. Everything was just what the whole family wanted.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a funeral as I live out of state.  I explained what I wanted and paid $75.00.   I called a friend to check on them for me. They were still not there on the last day.  I called and the lady had attitude and swore to me they were there. Well, my friend said they were not there and I never heard anything from the family.  If you go in I feel you can get what you want, but not if you call. If they send anything it is just something thrown together.
