Sweetheart florist is a step above the rest.  I ordered flowers last minute and thought I'd never find a place to get them delivered, but was pleasantly surprised with the friendly service and speedy delivery that Becky, the owner not only promised, but made happen.  I would recommend Sweetheart Florist to anybody needing great floral arrangements or just a last minute special delivery.

I can't say enough about the awesome experience we received at Sweetheart Florist. We were looking for something special for a funeral. They have the best selection of willow tree angels, stepping stones with sayings, excellent customer service and kid friendly. We will be back!

I have sent and received flowers from Sweetheart Florist in Jackson , MO for several years and have always been pleased. Yesterday, for Valentines Day I called them at 230 pm and asked if they could deliver a bouquet to my grandmother the same day. They said yes which was awesome and had the flowers at my grandmas by 630 pm (they already told me it would be after 5 which was fine). My grandma so so surprised and said the flowers were beautiful! Thank you again for providing great customer service and also another beautiful floral arrangement. I would recommend anyone looking for a florist give Sweetheart Florist in Jackson, MO a call. P.S I live in another state and trust them to do a great job just based off past experience.

I live in Orlando, Fl and I am complaining about the very terrible treatment I had when getting flowers for a loved one that passed. When I called Sweetheart Florist in Jackson, the person on the phone was in a hurry, and I could tell by her demeanor she really did not want to be bothered with details. I specifically asked for a ceramic planter and ended up getting a cheap looking wicker basket. Owner named Becky refused to give partial refund even though I was told I would get a nice ceramic pot. I spent $80 bucks for a plant basket worth about $40 bucks....feeling ripped off...  I definitely would never do business here again .....her first excuse for no refund was because it was almost a month later....well, I thought I could trust this place and I just happened to get an email from my sister showing the planter later...I do live in Florida after all... Sweet Heart Florist sure does not live up to their name....because the owner Becky definitely was not sweet and she seemed to have no heart....sorry, but so true.
