Depends on how much rain they have had, not much rain you will fight rocks, adequate rain the river will be up and you will have a good time and they can't control that. Very nice people affordable price and my kids always have a blast. I am too old and I spend the next couple of days in bed but it's worth it to see my kids have a good time. Helen Tubing is always my choice when we visit. Pink tubes keep them from being 5 stars! See y'all next time.

The water park is small but great for families with small children and the price is decent for all day tubing and water park access. They have a snack area and nice shopping area. The tubing itself is poor because you spend a good portion of the time getting stuck on rocks. Tubing should be exciting or relaxing. I don't tube to get a workout.

I planned a trip to the water park 05/29/16. I called the two numbers given on the website for questions. On good time it states they would be closed on Sunday. I opened up the website and it says open Sunday now open 7 days good thing I opened the website. I then called 2 number provided no answer... called the first manger number on website no answer called the last number on the website listed as manger also a older man answers the phone and states they are open on Sunday now open 7 days and it is only 5$ for memorial day weekend .. he repeats him self about 4 times I thank him and hang up the call. Today at the water park I get here and I'm told there is no more tubing it is 2pm which is fine . I take my daughter to the water park and I'm told it's 20$ per person I let the women at the register know that I spoke with a owner who told me it was 5 bucks she says that's only for tubing ... that's fine I also tell her he didn't specify the older man who answered stated it was 5 and repeated him self many times. The dark haired women then tells me the owners are getting a divorce and the husband was probably being spiteful. And she doesn't know how he would have that phone number. My thing is I work at a physicians office if my patient are quoted a price over the phone for let's say a physical of course if they can prove who they spoke with and someone is in error im.going to fix it and give them what they were told or at least an apology for incorrect information. I let the women know this is a business . If the owners want to continue to make money and have happy customers they shouldn't bring their personal lives into their business and number two why is their employee telling me the owners personal business that they are getting a divorce he is being spiteful I don't care about any of that really I'm here with my family and just upset at the different prices I was told and how unprofessional this women was being with me.I will not be back The bathrooms are disgusting... toilets clogged to the top with feces and toilet paper past the toilet sear .puddles of urine on the floors this is also not acceptable... poor customer service ... customer service is what makes a business ... they have lost a great customer.

Water park was overrated and overpriced. Only a few water slides and a lazy river. The cost of drinks and snacks was very agreeable, but the admission fee was outrageous for what is was. We also did the tubing. The price for that was fair, but the actual tubing was the opposite of fun. Took around four hours and even with the guide sticks, everyone kept getting stuck every few feet due to the river being so low because of lack of rain. Would not visit again.

The sign warns of due to water levels the trip may take 3 hours (usually 2.5 hours) This is so wrong! It took is 4 + hours. There should be an honest warning. The sign should state due to extreme low water you will be caring your tube and stick down the river for the first approx. 2 miles. plus a few more times in the multiple low areas. Everyone had to carry the tubes from adults to kids. I was very disappointed! I was there 1 month ago and loved it! I brought family back with me to Helen, mainly because of the tubing. I guess the water levels were higher 1 month ago. I know yall can't control nature but you can be honest to the customer. I can't imagine that lack of honestly and bad word of mouth advertisement will be good for the long run. I heard almost everyone that started down the river at the same time we were dropped off having the same complaints and wishing they didn't choose tubing... I'm very disappointed and my family I brought hated it and couldn't understand why I recommended this as something fun to do.
