I am extremely pleased with our experience at Helena RV.  The folks there were very attentive and knowledgeable.  They worked hard to ensure the RV we selected would fit our needs and spent extra time with us to inform us of ways to further make our RV as liveable as possible with little or no extra costs.  

Their customer service was also very responsive.   I know if there were ever something I needed they would be on it quick or help guide me through what I needed to do to address it.  I felt these were honest people that were about serving the customer and not about "getting one over on us."  I will be sure to use them for everything RV related here forth and would recommend them to anyone.

Helena RV is amazing! The staff is great, the products are great and above all they stand by what they sell. We had a minor issue with the sink in the unit we purchased and without any questions or hesitation Helena RV replaced the whole unit free of charge and were sorry that it was missed during the pre-sale inspection. I recommend anyone looking to buy a camper to first stop and check with Helena RV!!!

The guys here far exceeded my expectations. Al was very knowledgeable and professional. When I picked up the used trailer is purchased I noticed the brakes on one side were not working. Al and one other mechanic stayed till 8 pm to fix it so I could get home. And although it was clearly stated that th ed trailer was sold as is they charged me nothing. After using the trailer I can confirm that everything works properly as Al has promised me it did. Also, Al suggested I needed a weight distribution hitch and he was absolutely right. I hooked up the trailer to my jeep without it on and it nearly hit the ground. With the hitch it pulls like a dream. Thanks Helena RV!

Our hitch system broke on our trailer on the way to Alaska. They installed a new system in 30 mins so we could get safely back on the road. Awesome job guys...thank you so much!!!
