I’ve always used helzberg mostly because I’m a mechanic and it doesn’t matter how I️ look when I go in they never have judged me like other stores bought several items for the women in my life and they are always willing to help and listen

 the stuff in there today was very nice and helpful. I have not purchased much from Helzberg in the past few years for a few reasons. My original engagement ring was bought one it was called jewelry 3 so I've been a customer for 20 years. I have not bought things recently for a couple reasons one being when you have to have something sized or repaired you don't like to part with your jewellery and it takes entirely too long and there are other Jewelers that will actually take your pieces and do it the same day and for a cheaper price. The other reason mainly I bought a specialty emerald cut emerald ring years ago and it needs new proms they wanted to shave the stone down and really refurbish the ring which was going to end up costing way more than the ring which I thought was ridiculous I have this beautiful piece of jewelry that means a lot to me it was from my children that is unrepairable apparently unless I want to pay double what it was for. I feel like there's never a jeweler on site. I think it is a very special thing when you buy a piece of jewelry or need it repaired right then and there or need a ring sized so basically I will be going without my wedding rings for a couple weeks now. Like I said the people in there are very nice but over the past few years I have noticed that the jewellery service in there is not good and that's sad to say but you can seriously take your pieces to other Jewelers like Kay Jewelers in the mall and they will literally fix it on site just as well and if not cheaper than what Helzberg charges....jennifer mcelya
