This place is not horrible but there is one thing that bothered me. When I first pulled in everything was great! A gentleman directed me on where to park (since the lot was so full) there was no parking at all. I had  planned on going in to start an application just to see what my options were. Another gentleman greeted me and started to assist me. He was very nice until we got to the part about my income. I felt a little insulted when he asked me how much rent I paid and when I told him he asked me how could I afford such an amount with the money I make at my job. I understand that they need as much information as possible to help me, but I feel that the question was asked. How I pay my rent has nothing to do with me buying a car. Who knows. Let's just say maybe my HUSBAND helps me pay it! I felt insulted by that question. It sucks because I was really thinking of going back to look around but that completely turned me off. I personally wouldn't go here again and I am sure everyone is super nice but like I said before that comment was a little insulting. Sorry Kia but I can only give you two stars my visit today.

This was the first car I ever bought and it was the most pleasant sale I ever made in my entire life!! Malcolm is honestly the most personable person I have met and he deserves a raise!! Made my car shopping enjoyable, fun, and a trip to remember! Great price, great car, and I even had Malcolm. And Marquise was even as pleasant with his outstanding personality! Go Malcolm!!!!!!!!!!

I usually don't like talking to salesmen, because they stretch the truth or don't tell the truth. Plus I hate pushy salesmen. But I must say when I sat down to speak with Charlie things were different. I told him upfront what I wanted and he tried his best to get what I asked. He was honest and answered every question I had. Charlie answered completely with professional knowledge and pride in his vehicles. My experience was pleasant and I would recommend Kia of Coatesville to anyone. Be sure to look for Charlie!

From the time we walked into the door we were met with courtesy, patience, professionalism and humor. Malcolm Robinson and his crew took very very good care of us. We ultimately left with a better deal, and a better car than we anticipated. Thank you Kia of Coatesville, Malcolm Austin And Jordan!

The guys in service are the best. If you go there on a regular basis, they remember your car and in turn remember you. Tommy and Andy make your visit downright pleasurable.
