I purchased a new 5th wheel here back in May. Top notch dealership from beginning too end. I've been to all the RV dealers in the area and these folks are true professionals. Go see Kimberly in sales. She was great! Very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The walk through during delivery is second to none and they went out of there way to get my new hitch all set up for me. Hemlock Hill will be my first stop when I'm looking for my next upgrade.

This is our 2nd purchase from Hemlock Hill RV, Daisy Lugo in sales is great, she treated us with respect, answered all our questions, and called to keep us updated on our purchase, she is the one to see if your looking for an RV.

We have had a great experience that started with our salesman Jason (Jason) back in 2015. We purchased a 2015 Salem cruise lite and couldn't be happier. Jason was very patient with us and showed us numerous campers to get us the right fit for our needs. We did purchase a warranty when we bought it. Then in 2017, our slideput ceased on us. We called for service on a Monday, they had an opening and fixed the problem ( bad switch and bad wiring harness) in one day! Even though this was mid summer, main camping time, they were able to resolve this immediately so that we could make our next camping trip. Overall experience, extremely happy with everyone, from sales to maintenance dept.

Both the salesman Jason S. and business mngr Frank P. were awesome to work with. Jason was very patient and helpful while we were choosing an RV. No pressure to sell and didn't try to rush us into just anything. Frank made the financing easy by explaining everything and didn't try to upsell products we didn't need.

Fantastic and professional service.
Very informative and smooth from start to finish. Several months of researching and price negotiations and these folks were far and away able to give me the best price anywhere including those so called wholesalers.
Highly recommended and worth the two and a half hour drive for us.
