This campground is open year round. Coming from down south to visit family for the holidays.....the site is exactly what we need. People are very nice and extremely accommodating....definitely a "thumbs up"...also forgot to mention that the campground is surrounded by great restaurants and a very short distance from drug stores and Walmart....great!

The owner is amazing! We had a family emergency causing us to pull out earlier than expected, Don was very understanding and empathetic. 

There is a field big enough for the dogs to run as long as they can be trusted, which we absolutely loved! 

Location is great, there is a convenience store right across the street, and other stores are very close. Price was right and again, Don the owner is great! 

If ever in the area again for work, we'd be happy to go back.  :)

Thank you Don. He saved us. Traveling thru we had planned on staying in a state park right on Long Island Sound off 95 on the west side. Well they Do Not allow dogs 🐶🐾🐾 . A quick call several places no dogs..... But a call and Don could accommodate us. He is nice wifi, cable level spots. And a plus we noticed a Sercurity camera

There are not a lot of places to stay near the big cities on the east coast, so we were happy to find this one.  We paid $40 a night for FHU and fast Internet as well as cable - pricier than we are used to paying, but not out of line with east coast prices.  The owner was very nice.  The RV spots are off to the side in a mobile home park instead of having to squeeze in amongst the permanent people that live there, and I liked that.  Each site had a concrete pad and small picnic table. It was well lit at night which made it feel safe and comfortable.  There is a grocery store not very far away which made our stop convenient also.  We live in a 32' motorhome home and felt comfortable staying here.
