At Hempstead Auto Collision we try our best to help our customers in any way possible. We would like to make you aware of some of the lengths we are willing to go to assure your happiness and confidence in us.

1. If scheduled with us correctly we will take your vehicle to the drive-in claim service. This helps speed up the process of repairing your car. We will stand with you and fight to get your car repaired correctly the first time.

2.We understand police reports are not always the easiest thing to understand. With over 20 years of experience dealing with all insurance companies, we will answer any questions you have about filing a claim as well as spend the time making phone calls with you. Regulation 64 of the New York State Insurance Law, Section 2610, states that “An insurance company cannot require that repairs be made to a motor vehicle in a particular place or repair shop. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired in the shop of your choice.”

3.Whether it is collision, mechanical, upholstery, radio, electrical, or just a general question, we want you to call us without hesitation. We can point you towards one of our recommended repair facilities and are happy to assist you in any way we can.
