WORST EXPERIENCE.. I never take the time out to post a review, but what nonsense. I am a local business owner & operator in Charleston and I would never dare treat a customer like I was treated, and if any of my employees did they would no longer be working for me. First salesman was extremely lazy he didn’t even want to fetch the keys for a test drive. Then we had some issues evaluating our trade in. They would not evaluate our car because they said it was a corporate policy that If were working with another rick Hendrick store then it was not allowed. We would have to go and pick up the car and bring it to him. That’s weird since we have been to 5 Rick Hendrick stores today and they all provided them no problem. I requested the general manager and he came out and was very confrontational on the sales floor in front of everyone. Very unprofessional and he still would not override this very immature decision to do an evaluation. I explained to him that I am going to go and buy from a different Volvo dealership and he said ok. Wow! No concern to keep me as a customer. I have never felt so mistreated as a customer. I have bought at least 7 vehicles from Rick Hendrick over the past few years. I will be sure to never buy one in the future and I will also make sure I go out of my way to let everyone know how these guys care more about themselves then there customers. I brought this complaint directly to the GM and he did nothing to resolve, so I am here to tell everyone else.. BEWARE of this place, what a disgrace .. such beautiful cars yet such horrible people.

Very good experience! The sales people were helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I felt like the car I bought was a very good value and the sales staff, primarily TJ and Greg, allowed me to make my decision without pressure. I highly recommend this dealership and this brand!

My first Volvo had a wobbly start with online appointment fail but Bob Schneider was the perfect remedy - so nice & calmly got things moving. He did a great job during test drive... did well with  explaining all the features inc those I didnt know to ask about.  Love my new Volvo!

Had a great car buying experience!  TJ delivered the car to me personally in Charlotte and spend about an hour showing me every possible feature, and wow the XC60 has a ton of features.  The GM, Dan, spend some time with me as well helping me with the daunting task of buying a car.  One might feel overwhelmed by the car buying experience but not at Hendrick Cars of Charleston.  The team at this dealership takes the time to walk you through the process and fight for what you want.

Recently bought a Volvo from Damon and everything was smooth, also The GM Dan and everyone else was very helpful. Highly recommend, Volvo for Life!
