It was horrific working with this business! I was a 1st time home owner and by closing I had already had so many bad experiences it was hard to be happy about my new home, but then I had an insurance issue that went on for months. I was told to contact my agent, of whom I had never met or spoke with, everything was set up for me. They said I wasn't a customer by their records but their information was on my policy. After months of issues between my mortgage company and my insurance company I alone got it resolved. I had another issue and contacted them again, they had got the information from insurance company but refused to inform me. I was told by the manager or owner it was because he never met me. But they have no problem taking my money for the policy but still will not forward anything to me regarding me policy! Avoid this agent at all costs, owner is rude as well as all staff I spoke with! Also very unprofessional because they still refuse to contact me on any insurance issues or problems! Call another agent!

I recently switch my car insurance from State Farm to Hendrix Insurance Agency. I saved over $1000 a year with Travelers!! That is huge. I have never been happier with the price or the agents. Excellent customer service. You can tell they actually care!!
