Great personal service and good prices. I don't understand the negative review, I get treated like a king at Molly's agency. Always call back's and information in a timely manner.

If your looking for customer service I would look elsewhere. I've been a Nationwide customer for over 10 years and recently located to South Carolina. My agent was switched for me but this was not a local agent so I tried to go in here and switch agents to this one. The receptionist would not let me use her phone to call the other agent because she said that she might not get another customer who's calling in. I thought that I was a customer and simply wanted to use her phone so when she said that my business wasn't important to her I told her I would just take my business elsewhere. She then procedded to tell me how bad of an attitude I had and that she didn't care what I did or where I took my business. This was the worst experience I have ever had when trying to give someone my money!
