Anytime I have visited the store, I am greeted. I never have to wait to get assistance in looking at anything. The staff is very helpful and personable. I am a returning customer because of the excellent customer service I receive with each visit.  You can't go to any of the other jewelry stores in town and get treated as well as you do there and the prices are a lot more reasonable for the same items.

Awesome customer service, they absolutely care about what you want and what is right for you. They offer excellent suggestions, but they understand it is totally up to you and don't push just to make a sale. Very knowledgeable staff and they offer a wide variety of services. They are my first choice for jewelry, watch repair and cleaning, and fashion. They know what is hot and what is not. They supply quality merchandise. Buy with confidence!

Very friendly staff, told them what I was looking for in a diamond and they delivered me a top notch Quality cut oval diamond. They set it in a Whitehouse Brother engagement  ring, absolutely stunning/beautiful. She loved it!

Brian and everyone at Henebry's were GREAT to work with.  18 Years ago I purchased a ring for my bride and we are still going strong.  Through Good times and Bad.  I credit the ring to getting us off to a good start.  My knowledge and understanding of rings and diamonds was a ZERO.  Brian educated me and helped me make the right choice!

Brian at Henenbrys in Roanoke has always been willing to help with my out of the ordinary requests. Brian demonstrates incredible knowledge of diamonds and is able to create one of a kind pieces that anyone is sure to fall in love with. I have never been disappointed with the customer service which is hard to come by these days. I encourage anyone to check them out. They have always been willing and able to help us!
