Very disappointed in the "ship to store" option and fees. I purchased 2 items online and selected the FREE SHIP TO STORE OPTION when adding them to the cart. Once I arrived at the store, I realized I was charged for shipping. Apparently, it is only FREE with a $25 purchase. Needless to say, I returned the items and closed my credit card account. I refuse to do business with a shady company!!!

I would give a ZERO if this would let me. Tanglewood is officially closed so I visited the Valley View location. This is their review just to be clear. Jacked up prices, rude staff, won't price match and low quality. Enjoy bankruptcy you sorry excuse of what use to be a great retail giant, and enjoy unemployment you sorry "workers" who obviously wouldn't last in a business with standards for their employees. Can't wait to see the next closing list!

I am wondering if JCPENNEY is trying to close down. Too few sales associates, store run down - closed down nice Tanglewood store. Run sales a few months ago that wasn't really a sale -had to buy $40 worth in another department to get the percentage off. What gives?

Will never shop at jcpenny ever we'll never really did as don't have anything belk is  a lot better but grandma bought my daughter pair of shoes as birthday gift so didn't have recipt she paid fifty dollars for the shoes. Only wanted an exchange my husband took the shoes for a exchange for only a pair of shoes 19.99 didn't want the difference which the tags were still on the shoes  saying 50$  he brought them straight in the store and went straight to the counter at the door 🚪  all three employees said he can exchange them well all of a sudden a young punk actednlike my husband stoled them when he didn't as u can see on video he brought them straight in to the counter and showed them the shoes but guess as a black man with a white woman he had a problem when all the other employees said he can do the exchange  but all of sudden he said all he can do is give him 1.48$ what in the world did 1.48$ come from has he didn't even ring the shoes up. So well not shop at ur store ever again no wonder why one stores closed as the way u treat ur customers if I could put a no star that's what yawl will get

The salon Peggy she's wonderful. Great hair stylist.  cuts my hair all the time and my uncle's. Great for the money.
