Worst visit i ever had here today. What is so difficult about scheduling enough people to adequately serve (since you are a "service" center) the people. Consider it was a holiday weekend (you all got good fri off) and easter as well as the 1st of the month falling on the weekend. I got there at 8:25 the wait was 28 min. And 1 hour later the wait was 43 min. Now keep in mind some of us have to be to work on time.

The agent working counter 6 on 4/27/2018 at 2:30 pm was very rude and disrespectful. I can't believe he is allowed to work with customers. This individual should be trained on customer service. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

For a government office it's better than most. It was built to be a model of efficiency with like 25 counter stations but on a good day there's maybe 6 open and 2 of those only do drivers licenses. Whoever designed it didn't know a darn thing about government staffing.

Please read this complaint to the end. The majority of the people working here are horrible, miserable, rude people. They make sure to be the stereo typical DMV that we all hear about. The only reason I go to the Maple Grove location is because I literally work less than a minute from there. In the last few months I have had to go here 3 times. The first time I went to have a title transferred. I literally left in tears. I waited over an hour to have the lady behind the counter rudely accuse me of changing the purchase price on the title, which I had wrote out as requested by the person that gives out the ticket with your number to be called on it. She argued with me and spoke to me like I was stupid. She gave me a form to have filled out by the person that I purchased the car from and told me to come back when its done and called the next number. I went back to the first person who originally told me to write the amount and saw me write it on the title, and told him I wanted a manager. And of course OUT COMES THE RED HAIRED LADY that is talked about in a lot of the complaints. She asks what the problem is and tells me the same thing. So I fill out the form which now reads "Purchase amount $1500 and should read $1500." So the next time I needed to transfer a title I went back and was told it would be about an hour and 1/2 so I leave for about 45 minutes but while I was gone my number had been called. So I am given a new number and wait 45 minutes again. Once I am called I walk up to the counter, say hi and hand her my paperwork and again i"m asked how much I paid for the car. I tell her " I didn't pay anything . (Which it clearly states on the back of the title). She then asks me who the last owner listed on the front of the title is to me. I told her my son.He had just given the car to me because his grandmother had originally given it to him for free. Her response, While smiling, "I don't need to hear your whole story , I just need to know what you paid and who gave it to you." My response, "Oh. Wow. Sorry." She says "That's Ok" and doesn't say another word until I told her I also needed tabs. And she said "I kinda gathered that. Seriously!? What is wrong with these people? Before leaving I was sure to let her know that, " just because you are smiling while basically telling me you don't give a shi** so STFU !" doesn't make it any better! I do not understand why by law I have to go to the DMV for tabs, title change, etc, so I can be treated like garbage! I have to go here! They do not have to work here! I would never treat people like that! If your Monday through Friday government job is that bad maybe customer service is not for you! I'm thinking it is time for the red haired manager to be replaced and the rest to be retrained. Thanks for reading and please like if you agree.

18 work stations and 3 employees. It's the government though so you can't expect efficiency.
