In my personal experience, Hennig-Ruiz is a law firm that truly cares about the civil rights of little people as employees.  As soon as they take your case, they will fight for you tirelessly until you get what you deserved.
 
I worked in a big corporation where discriminations against race, age and sexual orientation are the norm and rarely anyone speaks against it due to fear of retaliation and termination.  If you want to climb higher up in the ladder, you have to look “straight” and non-colored and speak no foreign accent.
 
I liked my job and worked very hard, performing far beyond my level, and made many key contributions to the company.  However, no matter how hard I tried, I just can’t get where I wanted and deserved, while watching others got promoted only for their ass-kissing skills.
 
As many would do, I kept quiet while continued to work hard and exceed performance expectations. I endured many years of discrimination, thinking it would be fine as long as I continued to be employed and able to feed my family.
 
Things did not stay where I had hoped. I got terminated in my early 50’s without any reasons even when I was performing at the best of my ability, working overtime, and contributing to multiple projects simultaneously.
 
My rehire chance was low in the industry I worked and my family was in trouble.  I decided to seek legal actions.  By searching the internet, I found Hennig-Ruiz, a law firm with many years of successful litigation against big companies.  I talked to them.  They were friendly, and serious about my case.
 
Lawsuits against big corporations have never been easy, involving risk taking.  Sometimes people’s careers and even lives got destroyed if they dare to go against big companies.  Big corporations have deep-pockets and can hire the all the formidable attorneys in the world.  Fortunately, we also have a court system that should work if you have a case and can find a competent lawyer.  That’s where Hennig-Ruiz comes into play.
 
Lawyers at Hennig-Ruiz are the most sophisticated experts of employment and labor laws, as I experienced during my litigation. They carefully evaluated my case, believed it firmly and devoted all the resources to it.  In the middle of the lawsuit, I wanted to settle the case when presiding judge gave some unfavorable tentative rulings.  My lawyers advised me not to give up.  They continued to fight for my case relentlessly, took it to a jury with all the evidence and extremely convincing arguments.  Eventually they successfully prosecuted the case against this big company.  I was vindicated and rewarded handsomely.
 
So if you are discriminated at the work place, no matter how powerful your employer is, don’t hesitate and go to Hennig-Ruiz. 
 
Finally and importantly, don’t hire just any lawyers but the best if you really want justice served.

I needed great attorneys in a short period of time, it was an emergency situation. Some research led me to the Hennig-Ruiz law firm. We spoke on the phone and they had me come into the office and started on my case immediately. They got me exactly what I wanted and did it in the shortest amount of time possible. They were caring, fair and extremely good at what they do. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

If you are looking for legal representation I would suggest for you to consider Hennig Ruiz Law Firm.  Put succinctly, their legal team was intelligent, hard working, responsive, and very knowledgeable throughout our time working together.  While I of course cannot divulge details about the assistance that the firm provided for me, I can and will say that their representation was pivotal and changed my life for the better beyond words.

Altogether, I worked with Hennig Ruiz Law Firm for the better part of a year and all throughout that time their lawyers (and specifically Janet Hong) were attentive to my questions and concerns.  I never had to wait long for a response and they ensured ample face-to-face time in order to answer my questions and ensure my preparedness and comfort.  Not once did I feel lost or overwhelmed.  Not once was their service perfunctory.

Most importantly, though, they were amazing advocates.  They remained active at every step to secure the best results and proved to be seasoned negotiators.

Consider them for legal assistance.  I’m glad I did.  I hope I never have to be involved in any legal disputes again, but I do know that if I do find myself there, I know exactly where to go.
