Love love love Ulta, especially this location. I have been getting my hair done here for years and am sold on the salon. Prices are so reasonable and you receive points for the money spent on salon services. If you are looking for a new hairdresser I highly recommend Bibianna, she is the best! Also, be sure to come here for facials- Elle is an angel and I would highly recommend her for your next face treatment!

If I could rate this Ulta’s service at a 0 Star I would. I’ve shopped there since moving to Atlanta a year ago. It’s close to my job and in a plaza that has a lot to offer. Every time I go there’s a sea of employees swarming around me in an attempt at loss prevention. The last straw was last week when I went in to the store and as I was a shopping they sent over one of the hair stylists to the section I was in to basically talk my head off and follow me around until I grew tired and left. My experience with this location has been extremely dissatisfying and uncomfortable. I guess young black women are not allowed to shop in Ulta- Buckhead  🙄. I’ll never spend another dime here.

I was in 3/26 to get that Becca Backlight deal (SO EXCITING - I staked the sale out all month). I usually dread associate interactions in cosmetic stores, but I found everyone here really genuine. An employee in the high  end side saw me pick the product up and chatted me up about a little bit. It made me feel comfortable shopping a little more. I walked across to the hair section and a male employee asked me if I needed help in a sweet way too. Often times the standard service questions come with a lil 'tude, but this guy was obviously a sweetheart and if I needed help I would have felt very comfortable asking him. Then my girl Kareema was my cashier and she was sweet, commented on my Becca purchase which made me even more excited about the hot deal! Also her makeup looked great. ;) So yeah I'm a little socially awkward and spend a lot of time shopping for makeup... The employees in a store make or break my in person purchases, but this experience was all positive. I spend a lot of time in Atlanta for work and wouldn't hesitate to come back to this Ulta!

I went in and no one asked if I needed assistance.Associates were just standing around talking. I wanted to try the new tarte foundation and buy a few other items but no thank you ! I have been to many locations where I recevied excellent service but this location needs a customer service course.

Sarah colored my hair and I couldn't be happier with the results! She was very upfront with me about what would be possible on my super dark hair and was very knowledgable when suggesting what techniques would look best. I totally trust her. She took her time and made sure everything was exactly the way it should be, the best hair experience I've had and I've tried tons of places all over the east coast!
