Their product is really good. I definitely recommend their hair. On the other hand, the sales person could definitely use an attitude adjustment. At least pretend that you want to be at work and interact with the customers.

The service was great! I was greeted with a welcoming hello and smile. The young lady was very informative and helpful along with a lot of patience as I wasn't sure what I wanted lol. Would have given it a 5 but the bundles of hair was not 3.5 Oz as advertised but since I bought it on sale decided not to complain.

I have been using her imports my entire weave life! But today I went into the Greenbelt, MD store to get hair for my sister who lives in Germany and was beyond happy with the service. ROCKY has the most amazing customer service.  She is super patient and really did her job assisting me. I will be sending all my friends and clients directly to her. She's really the best. Go in and ask for Rocky. Tell her I Sent you! *signed Rocky's #1 fan!

I bought 3 bundles from them and I loved it. I never really wore tracks a couple times but I loved how there's was easy to manage. I still have them and plan on washing and getting them put back in for my birthday next month.

These guys know what they are doing . Customer service is A+. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by a staff. She was friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking for . I purchased the bundle deal and closure and it came out perfectly. My stylist kept bragging about the quality and feeling of the hair. Love love this company plus they offer financing. Can't beat that!!
