Had an appt with Toya who specializes in natural hair. Not only was she not there when I arrived,  she didn't answer the phone.  Too many hairstylist to bother with unprofessionalism. Don't waste your time.

I went to Alicia's salon two prior to my appointment to have her access my hair and she said she could do caramel thin highlights touch up.  When I arrived two days later, she rushed thru my hair and was yanking my hair I had to tell her she needed to slow down.  At the end of my appt my highlights were BLONDE and thick. I was so upset but she said she couldn't fix it that day and I needed to come back next Tuesday.  I got a call the following Tues and she said that her son had a school meeting at 7pm and asked if I could come the next day.  As a mom myself, I agreed. Wed came and again I got a call saying that it was slow at the salon and she no one so she was going to close the shop early cause her 5pm appt had cancelled. I said no I would be there as agreed at 630 pm .  When I arrived, there was someone at her chair she was finishing up and then later mentioned to me that it was her husband's birthday that evening and she needed to get home early.  Not only was the service horrible, the owner was VERY DISHONEST! ..   I would never go back nor recommend ANYONE to go there. Not even my worst enemy! ... TERRIBLE
