Our apartment was great... i wish our unit had a balcony. Management is awesome, both Susan and Chris are very accommodating and friendly. We would still live here if we didn't move out of state. The early lease termination was painless and move-out went smoothly.

Amazing staff! Did a road trip from Portland to DC, arrived Sunday night and by Monday morning my friend was already signing her lease and receiving her keys by a wonderful gentleman (forgot his name:/.). I, too, work in a leasing office and this is definitely a customer first company. BTW, snack options are on point!

Chris is awesome , He is always on top of things , definitely one of my favorites that work in the leasing office. he caters to my needs with urgency also. I only go to him. He needs a pay bump for all the mess he cleans and the duties he takes on. I honestly thought for a month he was manager since all i ever see is him. Great Guy !

I recently moved to the DMV are from Seattle and was apartment shopping. When first walking into Heritage I fell in love. It's beautiful! The management was awesome and let me move in the same day I walked in. Chris was amazing, he worked with me and was very kind. My place fits me perfectly. I would defiently recommend this place.

Ever since management was changed the dynamic has changed. New management came and fired everyone except one leasing agent who then they fired after about a month. The new leasing agents do not work except for one of them (Chris). He is the only I see the most and the one that actually does his job. I've never even seen the other two and I call a lot because I always have issues with my rent have extra stuff added to it. The property manager is on her phone 24/7. Every single time I have seen her she has constantly been on her phone, she is rude and doesn't even talk to her tenants or even put the phone down. She doesn't know anything about being a property manager and honestly ever since management has changed I've had extra issues to the point where we have decided once the lease is up we might just move even though we love where we live. The amenities are amazing and we live really close to our jobs. We LOVEEEEE the fact that is dog friendly and everyone there is really nice. I especially love the concierges and the people who actually live there. As for management if I could rate them I would give them a 2.0. .
