I was not impressed by Rick Points and the handling of the end of the service for s recent firefighter. Every service I’ve ever been to the person who’s life is being celebrated leaves the chapel first, then the family and finally the people whose are following the hearse. Never in my life has the funeral home stood up and said, “that concludes our service.” Always has it been the way I mentioned earlier.

Rick points is an a amazing man.  He did a wonderful job. He was so nice and helpful.  He did anything and everything we needed.  The funeral was amazing and beautiful.  Rick points I absolutely amazing !!!!!!!

I am the uncle to the fireman who was laid to rest rescently at Heritage Funeral Home. I was told by many people that attended that it was the most impressive and professional funeral they had ever seen for a public servant. I would like to thank Rick Pointe and Raymond Workman and all of the Heritage staff and would highly recommend their excellent service to anyone. And Joseph III you should critique your family's funerals and not mine!!!!  It has been a beautiful experience to use Heritage and their caring and living staff!!!

My son, Jonas Whitwell is the fireman laid to rest at Heritage in Columbia, TN. I can not express enough appreciation to Rick and the staff of Heritage. Rick made sure everyone was taken care of during this time. It is a shame to belittle such a loving and professional man. Many people have shared how this service will never be forgotten. It was beautiful and we are thankful for Heritage. Again, thank you Rick for all the love you have shown us.

Wonderful caring staff and beautiful facility. The cemetery gardens are so beautifully landscaped. Highly recommend this place.
