I  met Andrea when i made an inquiry on the internet to see a property. Andrea was very professional, not pushy, and very patient with me. We looked at numerous properties before we finally sealed a deal. I put Andrea to the test when we had three properties in the "Q" making offers on all three properties in a matter of two days. I remember Andrea telling me " you are a tough negotiator "she hung in with me and worked very hard for me and did a great job negotiating the final deal. After closing the deal with the seller, Andrea was a huge asset in getting the deal to closing. There were some issues getting a appraisal and then funding. Andrea helped me thru the whole deal and made a very trying closing into a very positive experience. She definitely earned her money!!  I would/will definitely refer Andrea to anyone looking for a property, she made it a very enjoyable experience. Andrea is a true professional, and a really nice genuine person.

Maxine Coppinger helped me and my husband find the perfect farm near Fayetteville. We expected to look for months but Maxine quickly honed in on our wish list and we had our dream farm under contract within 60 days after starting our search!
