Jessica and her firm recently sold some acreage outside Caldwell for my brother and I. I felt it was best to go with a local firm and Ms.Armstrong and her team exceeded our expectations. 
    We were kept fully up to date with all procedures and developments pertaining to the sale of our land. 
   She was professional as well as personable. I’d highly recommend Armstrong Properties to anyone looking to sell or buy land in Central Texas, or other locations for that matter.

We started working with Jessica several years ago when we were looking for land in Caldwell. She would keep us in the loop when something that fit our search would pop up. As life and work got busy we kind of gave up on searching as the timing wasn’t right for us to buy, but Jessica still kept in touch with us and kept us on her radar. She was never pushy or overwhelming like a lot of realtors can be during this process. One day out of the blue several years later she sent us a couple of residential listings and asked if we would just come look at a couple of preoperties (when we really weren’t even thinking about residential because our minds were programmed for land). We ended up buying a house that we knew had been for sale for a while in the Country Club area and we would have never looked at this house if it wasn’t for Jessica asking us to just come check it out. Over the years she was able to develop a taste for what my wife and I were searching for and did an amazing job representing us as a buyer. Because of her tenure and knowledge of this area she was able to recommend us a great lender and contractor. There is no doubt in my mind that Jessica and her team will go above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend Armstrong Properties and will use them for any future business!

My brother and I recently contracted with Armstrong Properties to help us sell a tract of land in Burleson County and our experience was quite positive. We were able to sell the land at a fair price after about three months. I didn't  meet with Jessica in person, but in all our contacts over the phone and via email I found her to be professional and knowledgeable as well as pleasant to deal with.

My name is Ron Duensing I would like to take this opportunity to tell you my experience I have had with jessica and her staff jessica has been my  Real estate agent since early 2008 she was there when I was looking for a good piece of property to build a beautiful home in honor of my daughter death jessica showed me some 12 acre tracks in the Davidson Branch area that extended county road 104 I purchased two 12 acre tracks and built a beautiful 2400 square foot house and had called that my little Ellie Ranch before I move onto my little ranch I had a house in Lyons Texas that jessica sold very fast for me. I decided to pull up stacks and move up north just north of Fort Worth Texas in a small town of Forestburg Texas I ask jessica to put my house on the market that I want to move my little Ellie Ranch north jessica placed my home on the market on the 13th of February 2018 and by the 23rd of February 2018 just 10 days jessica sold my home for the price I wanted. So if your looking to buy or sale, place your trust in Armstrong properties because I just don't think you will ever find a harder working real estate agent staff then you will in Jessica and her crew.
