Story

I founded Herman & Company CPA's with the belief that businesses and successful individuals require and deserve a level of attention that large firms simply cannot provide. I know because I spent seven years with a VERY large firm.
Most of my clients are busy people so they rely on my firm to keep them aware of important tax and financial issues that could affect them.
I stand alongside my clients as they navigate the countless decisions, problems and concerns regarding one of the most important constants throughout their lives, their money. For over thirty years, my clients have looked to me for advice, analysis and strategies to protect and grow what they have and what they will accumulate in the future.
When most people think of an accountant, they usually think of taxes. So of course tax return preparation is among my sweet spots. However, what really excites me is helping people improve their lives by helping them make sound financial decisions. I do that by touching these areas among others:
