This place screwed up my taxes for the last three years and I only found out because the state sent me letter saying I owed hundreds of dollars in back taxes. The owner, Howard Weintraub, has zero customer service and loyalty skills. He admits he and his team screwed up, but does nothing to rectify the situation. Charges over $350 to do taxes that are done incorrectly and it's like pulling teeth to get him to pay fees incurred and penalties, not to mention to refrain from eating while on the phone with you - gross. The company could care less about you or your taxes. All they care about is the bottom dollar. They rush through your taxes and nickle and dime you. They don't care about relationships, as we did business with them for decades. Steer clear of these rip-offs and incompetent CPAs.
