Thay are great and helpful, with nice products, someone complained becasue she had no time to return that is not their fault, I dont want his place to fail becasue some insipid bad review - Its a gem!

I purchased some hair products here. The owner, Dennis, told me that I could return them after testing once. I tried them once and then put them in my car for return since they didn't work. Unfortunately, I do not live near by and am only in the area about once a week for work. To top that off I have been working on a big deadline until 9-10pm most nights so it has taken me a little while to get back in to the store to make the return. I went back less than 3 weeks later but the woman behind the counter would not return them. She said they had a 7 day return policy - as printed on the receipt. Honestly, because I had the word of the OWNER, I never looked at the receipt. And even though it took me longer than expected to get back in to the store, it was still well under 30 days, and the condition that I only use them once was met. He gave me no other conditions. The woman wouldn't return them, wouldn't exchange them. She couldn't even be bothered to call Dennis, the owner, on his cell to ask for approval. Somehow she was simultaneously disdainful of me for even asking such a thought and horrified at the thought of calling him - like he might scream at her or something. She instructed me to come back when he was there but offered no schedule. Given the fact that it took me nearly three weeks to get back there in the first place, how exactly does she see this working out for me? Not honoring a verbal commitment from the owner and then grossly inconveniencing a customer to make them come back another time is just infuriatingly poor service. I will not go back here. I guess I should have made him write it on my receipt and sign it. Geeesh! Too much work for something that can be purchased on just about every corner in a million other stores. This place has a bad policy to start with (really, who doesn't offer 30 days?), exceptionally poor service, and doesn't honor it's promises. Shop here at your own peril.
