We are a comic store that believes in appealing to all interests in the community! We carry everything from Superman to My Little Pony! We offer all types of products based off of these characters as well, at competitive prices, and you deal directly with the owners in a comfortable low-key setting! We carry products for all age ranges as well, so we encourage the whole family to come check us out! Just look for the brick building with the Cortland Corset Company name painted on the side behind the Hess gas station off of Port Watson Street in Cortland, NY!

This is a cool little comic book shop that hosts local events. They have a good selection of comics and other novelties to choose from. The best thing about the shop is that the owner is very personable and friendly, he will go out of his way to help you! If you like anything nerd related at all this is a must visit place!

Even though they're still getting a hang of starting out as a local game store, they support players and are willing to go out of their way to make sure that a player's time is enjoyable. That's not just the owners either, the players make the experience enjoyable as they help beginners and I strongly recommend that beginners of many games to visit and hangout with the diverse group of year+ regulars of the stores. The store is better than most I've been too although it doesn't offer singles (as it is starting out still). Those looking for DCI points would also like this store as it is sanctioned.

ecstatic to have a local comic shop, the feeling of nostalgia is strong here, during a time where its become increasingly hard to maintain interest it comics without resorting exclusively to online purchases. I am thankful to have this store in my town.

They have a fair variety of reading material options as well as merch but lack the finish and inventory of a larger corporate store ( ie price labeling, organized merch/shelving) Props to the ownership trying a comic store/gaming locale in a smaller town 
Very friendly staff.

I go to H&V just about every week for Wednesday new comic day. Great owners trying to do a new thing in a tough market. Great selection and a comic shop where new or non nerds are welcome.
