 I used to rate them at 5 stars, but then new staff came in that weren't near as helpful & they also stopped taking debit card users unless they run a credit check! This is after a few years of doing business there. I was told by the new staff that "that didn't matter". Well, it mattered to me so I took my business down the street to Enterprise & they have been great!

Watch out the $4.95 "Administrative" fees per day that these stinking thieves never tell you about for the "possible" tolls you may have to pay. Shame shame shame for a company of this magnitude to pull a stunt like that. They claim it was in the contract handed to me just as I was pulling out. However it's  nowhere in the contract emailed to me when my reservation was emailed to me. I also asked the agent repeatedly before I left was there any fees that I may have to pay he said no,more than once.
Never Again, not even a free ride if offered I'm so disgusted and disappointed.

The guy that works there is really a nice guy, the quality of the vehicles not so good

The service I received was great. They even drove me home after I dropped off the car. I will definitely rent from them again.

Great experience.  Carrie our rental agent was a sweetheart.  All was professional and precise.  Car was perfect and clean.  Have never been disappointed with Hertz.
