I worked with two gentlemen when renting my last two vehicles "Luke: and "Boston Ellis". They were both very professional, pleasant and speedy in trying to get you into your vehicle as fast as they can.  On occasions the office can get busy however they still displayed Customer Appreciation. Will return to this location and highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at the Seminole Florida Enterprise Branch.  Alex, the manager, could not have been more helpful and nicer.  The car was clean, the price was right, and the staff were all accommodating.  I wouldn't hesitate to return there again on my next visit or recommend Enterprise Car Rental to my friends.

Great experience- except the salesman told me i'd get a $45 dollar refund when I turned in my car that I didn't get. The car was great- everyone was very nice. Still wondering about the one way trip charge that was supposed to be refunded!!

I am a very well respected member of the community got in a accident and they would not help me since I got full coverage every store policy is different but I highly suggest going to another enterprise Ive definetly been taken advantage off . And never had a issue before renting a car useing my father credit card they would only accept mine and they knew I did not have one . So Geico was so sopose to pay In full for rental of equeal value and now the other place wants to put me on a tiny car when I had a 35 you thousand dollar truck more .

Extremely poor customer service.  I went with Hertz in the end and received exceptionally better customer support and assistance in getting the best discount  through Kerrie!
