This Hertz was very punctual and convenient. They worked with me & the collison center that was working  on my car to coordinate drop off times. It was seamless. The rental was waiting for me when I dropped off my car for repairs. The rental was nice, clean, and served me well. I was also able to leave the rental at the shop for them to pick up when my car was finished. Overall, I had a great experience and I would use them again.

Tried calling to get some info on transferring a reservation that was made at a different location.  From the start the guy who answered the phone was unprofessional and did seem to care at all.  When I asked to speak with a manager as I did not feel like speak with some disrespectfully from the start he paused and asked why I would need to speak with a manager.  I asked again to speak with his supervisor and he stated "I'm the manager"  I asked who was his supervisor and then he stated that he owns the Hertz and has no Boss.  I would rather pay someone a $1000 to not rent a car and walk before I give this location any money.  Hertz should do an audit of this place since their trashing the company name.  I called a different location and had a very different and pleasant experience. Only difference..... the "Owner". Do your self a favor and avoid this place and go to any other location or rental company.

So far it has been up and down. They met me with the car at the shop which was nice but hurried me through the paperwork and dropped a bunch of insurance questions on me at the last second. During the phone calls I made to order the car someone could have mentioned the insurance costs or laid out the options so I could look them over and make an informed decision. Customer service has been okay overall, they sound a little too busy to really make sure the customer is fully taken care of.
