I rent from hertz while travelling for business and have a gold membership. This agency is the worst i have ever dealt with. I have rented from them 2x and never will deal with them again. 1st time they tried to overcharge me a full day because i was an hour later than expected . 2nd time was a dealer loaner took 40 minutes to get the car the woman was rude and unprofessional she made a big deal about returning the car with a full tank ias i'm driving out  i notice the car had less than 3/4 of a tank. Took a picture and since its a loaner from the dealership and i only will be driving it around 15 miles cant wait for the argument with the rude woman later today.

No driver to take you to a dealership to pick up your vehicle. Was there at 1:04pm at 1:51pm  I had to walk from airport to Bill Bryan Kia to get my vehicle. Very poor service I would not even rent a car from Hertz

My son will be renting a vehicle from them today. Though I will not be there, When he gets it home I will be going over every inch of the vehicle.
