Leesburg Airport FBO Sunair Aviation has a sparkling new building with a comfortable lounge area with a huge television and super clean restrooms.  Service is great.  Customs adjoins, and you have a choice of self-fuel or service.  There is a mall nearby, several popular restaurants, and a Microtel.  The tower is helpful. (I don't work there or have stock)
