As I am writing this my daughter is waiting to hear back from Hertz regarding a rental and the use of an upgrade coupon.  She is leaving for her college graduation in 2 days and decided to check on the rental. THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO UPGRADED RENTAL FOR HER at our location!!!!  She made this rental weeks ago and she is just finding out now only because she called them???? She has been in touch with the corporate office but they couldn't help her either! They said she may have to go to New York to get it if there is one. Totally unacceptable. We will never rent from Hertz again. If they do something to help her out (a deep discount for possibly traveling to New York to get it then we may reconsider.)  We shall see........ P.S. I would have given NO STARS except you can't if you want it posted.

HERTZ is a joke you have to get a credit check if your going to use a a credit or debit card from a bank if you dont have a credit score of over 700 then you will be denied getting a car through them
