Outstanding!  We rented a 12 person transit van in order to attend a convention in Albany, NY.  It suited our needs perfectly!  Both the Pittsfield, MA store and the Times Union Center store in Albany were very helpful and accommodating.

Currently stranded at a Loves gas station in Canaan, NY... According to GPS I am 13 miles from this location in Pittsfield, MA. We are traveling from Wilmington, OH to Boston, MA for a vacation. 

We stopped at this gas station to get some snacks and when we came back out the vehicle we rented was completely dead... No electronics, nothing. We called the location in Wilmington where we rented from and were connected to the roadside service department where they told us we would have to wait 1.5 hrs for a tow truck to pick us up and take us to the Enterprise service station where we would receive a new vehicle. 

My question is this... With a location 13 miles away why can't you send 1 of your employees in a vehicle to us. Let us get on our way and have your employee sit and wait on a tow truck with our broken down rental. I called the Pittsfield location and was told "we dont have anyone available to pick you up." Isn't this your tagline?! "The company who picks you up." Now instead of being able to continue enjoying our vacation we are waiting at a truck stop for a tow truck... And who knows how long we will have to wait once they get here, load the vehicle, amd drive us to their location. I believe that the issue is that when I called it was almost 5pm and the location was closing soon and no one wanted to help us. Again, instead of someone going out of their way to help a customer and keep our business, we are left waiting and completely inconvenienced giving me time to write this 1 star review and to decide we will never use Enterprise for car rental again.

At the very least we better be getting money refunded. No free rentals. Money back.

Amazing- not only did the call to confirm ;-)  they had the exact vehicle promised- and took less than 15 min to pick up /drop off - thank you -

Good customer service and car selection. Their new Sunday hours really helped me out while in the Berkshires over the weekend.
