If you are ever in Corvallis, OR (perhaps checking out Oregon State Univ?), rent your car from Julie and her team at Hertz! They are the friendliest, most helpful car rental staff I've ever encountered. Her thoughtfulness, flexibility and timely communication added so much to our recent trip.

They lied about the day I returned the keys and overcharged me. I repeatedly fought them on it and explained why they were wrong but they absolutely refused to refund me my money and wouldn't look into the issue further. I've been told I'm far from the only person who has gotten scammed out of extra money from this location--be careful!

Had a great experience today at this Hertz location!  I was a bit late for my pickup but Brian went above and beyond to get me taken care of.  Thanks!

Terrible service. Walked around car at pick up and pointed out at least a dozen dings. Should have known something was up when all three insisted on buying the cash damage waiver for "piece of mind ".  "Found" a tiny chip in the windshield when returned after 4 days and 50 miles driving in town in Corvallis so it was going to have to be completely replaced. It was raining when I picked it up so there was no seeing it then. What a scam!
