People were helpful. Upon return had forgotten personal items behind in car. Mike the manager was fast in returning my call. He retrieved items for me, I'm yet to pick up.

Bad customer service I went to print a receipt from another Hertz location the guy working seemed bothered as soon as I walked in he said he couldn’t print the receipt for me when I was told specifically that they could do so at any location as long as it’s been less than 6 months. His attitude was very disappointing considering the situation I won’t be renting from here even though it is much closer to me. the hertz West Hollywood location customer service is much better.

Wonderful staff, great cars. Highly recommend renting from this Hertz location if you're visiting the LA area.
