Made a reservation for 12pm. Called to let them know I would be a little late and was told " Don't worry, take your time". I get there and they have no cars available. This is something they could have told me over the phone. Now I have to wait 30 minutes to a hour. Not happy at all! Very unprofessional!

Best place to rent a car, hands down! I had a wonderful experience and they really put customers first! Thanks to Derick my Family and I were ablw to leave town quick. I will definitely be coming back of needed.

I rely on Enterprise. I believe in their company model and typically always have a reliably positive experience. This time around my only complaint was how long it took for them to pick me up. And once I was there, my car still wasn't ready. This meant that I couldn't leave LA until later which turned a 2hr15minute trip into a four hour trip, which isn't the end of the world but still deserves to be mentioned. I will continue to use Enterprise in the future but I do hope that they could improve their website so when you book a car, and need a pickup, it'd be nice to be able to set your pickup time on their website once you've booked your vehicle.

Very good experience renting from this location. Was literally in and out of there within 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful and the car that I rented was clean and drove well and had a full tank of gas. No issues whatsoever and am going to be renting from this location again very soon. Thank you for making my traveling easier!
