Friendly salesmen, but not very fast at helping you out. There's no negotiating which has pros and cons, but ultimately provides a more relaxed environment. At the end of the day, they're still used car dealers.

I made a reservation online and bought insurance for my rental at that time. I even specifically said to the associate named Evelyn that I bought insurance online for my rental. When she went over the charges she mention the insurance charge to be pending upon return of car and then I said wait at the moment of placing the reservation they already charged my card and showed to her on my phone.  Then she said Hertz won't be charging me extra since I already paid which I believed  but When I returned the car I realized they charge me for another insurance coverage without telling me anything whatsoever at moment of picking the car. Manuel was so rude and claimed to be so frustrated because I was saying no to pay for something I never agreed or needed. So if He is so frustrated imagine your customer whose card is being charged. Manuel's lack of customer service has made look a different direction when it comes to rent a car. Bye bye Hertz

Some people shouldn't work customer service. I was promised an SUV I got an impala, didn't mind. But car smelled like old trash there was used Kleenex with buggers all in the back seat. When I asked for different car she said that's all she had. I have never had issues with this location until now.

Reserved a car online 1 hour prior. Came there to ger the car and was told they didn't have one way car. Although did take me to their another location that had a car.
