I would give no stars if possible. Complete waste of time!! Told me they would have a car ready at 1:30 and when I showed up they said it would be another 2 hours before the car would be there. Don’t trust this place you will waste your time and money doing so. I called and confirmed three times only to be lied to in order to get my business. Go anywhere else!!

My experience was awesome, I did have a little issue I wasn’t understanding but Alex was great and Explained to me what I wasn’t understanding. All the employees I dealt with were extremely nice. I will do business with them again. Thanks enterprise

Love the people at the Lodi, ca.  Enterprise their all very nice and helpful wouldnt go anywhere else. Miss killey is my go to girl when I need a car but I have been helped by others in their Lodi office they are all very nice and helpful. Never had any problems renting cars from them and will continue using their office in the future.

My wife rented a car from here and accidentally forgot her iPad next to the driver seat when she turned the vehicle in.  Since she turned it in at closing time she was unable to call that evening but contacted the company first thing in the morning.  Unfortunatly it was to late, even though the vehicle had not been cleaned and prepared for rental it was STOLEN by one of the employees.  Very disappointing, item has not been “found” yet.  Hopefully the police department can have better luck getting it back as it was an early birthday present and there were only two employees who had access to the vehicle after it was turned in.  Be careful about forgetting your personal belongings you may not get them back!!

Good experience the employees are friendly and helpful. Took less than 15 minutes to be on the road. I would rent a vehicle again from the Lodi location.
