If you're looking to have a few thousand dollars stolen from you for renting a car for a week, then this is the ideal rental car company for you. I've experienced nothing but unprofessional service from this place. Nobody is any help, and it seems as if nobody cares, because they don't. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from Hertz. They may be cheap but that's alright with them because they will take majority of your money in the end anyway. Hertz, you're scum, and karma will come to meet you! :)

We always have a 5 star experience when we rent a car from Hertz: close to the house, good prices, nice cars, excellent staff!

Super guys working the location. The car had been smoked in and wasn't all that well cleaned. But it was 99 degrees out and 60% humidity so maybe I don't blame them for not wanting to spend too much time prepping it for rental. The car had nearly 50k miles on it, a Chrysler 200 but it was in tip top condition with perfect breaks, steering, etc. It all worked out well.

Very disappointing. Shauna (manager) was snotty and sarcastic when she told me i needed to put down a deposit for the account. Which was entirely understandable. Its an insurance rental, and my first rental car, so i didnt really know what to expect, and therefore i wasnt prepared. But she was very sarcastic and even seemed happy to tell me i couldnt get the rental. I came back later with my sister, who was going to help with with the deposit, and waited patiently in line while I watched her talk down to the gentleman infront of me. Then, one of her staff members, who was tall, dark, and smelled like an ashtray, walked around me and very rudely asked "can i help with you with something?" I told him that i was there to pick up my reservation. Out of nowhere he verbally attacks me when i gave him my sisters card. He literally talked to me like i was an idiot causing a scene in their office. I was shocked, i didnt even know how to react. I was so embarrassed. I told him that i didnt know the name on the card had to be the same name on the account and that there was no reason for him to talk to me that way. This morning i was hit on my way to work, my car had to be towed and i missed a day of work. I have whiplash and I am extremely stressed out. When the insurance company said they had a account set up with Hertz for me, i was beyond releaved, but now im completely disturbed by these people and i hope the area manager of this Hertz location reads this.
