You cannot get these people on the phone... I have tried over and over again to call them. Each time I call the phone hangs up on me..  I'm calling to simply ask a quick question about my existing rental agreement. What if I was calling and had an emergency with one of their cars??  NOT COOL Sixt!! I even tried to go in as someone making a new reservation and their automated phone system HANGS UP ON ME!! I guess I should have used Hertz, Enterprise, or one of the other 10 popular rental car companies...

If I could give zero stars I would. Their prices are good but the service is awful! I'm waiting for 33 minutes to talk to an attendant at the Lake Buena Vista Location, and I know they are doing it on purpose. I'm right next to them and in a minute I'll be there to see what they are doing that they can't answer my simple question. This service is horrible! I'd rather pay more than have to pass through this situation! They took more than one hour to answer me and the Manager Melissa didn't even have the right contract number on her hands. She was incredibly rude. They charged me another day due to Hurricane Irma, even though I called in advance to say that I wouldn't be able to return the car on the right date. At first when I called the sales rep said it was ok, but then I got a surprise charged to my credit card! It's okay, I know my rights and I filed a complaint on the BBB and on the Federal Trade Comission

FIRST OFF THIS LAME EXCUSE FOR A RENTA CAR AGENCY HAS NO SIGNAGE FROM THE OUTSIDE.  IT IS IN THE HALLWAY IN A CLOSET AT THE SHERATON.  LITERALLY. WE MADE A RESERVATION FOR AN IMPORTANT TRIP VIA EXPEDIA, AND OF COURSE THEY HAD NO CARS AND SINCE THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOESN'T HAVE ANYONE TO ANSWER YOU COULDN'T EVEN CONFIRM THE RESERVATION.  IF YOU COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD.   THEY SHOULD  NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS THERE AND THERE WILL BE A MASSIVE COMPLAINT FILED WITH THEIR CORPORATE HQ AND THE BBB.

dont rent car from six there are scam  look what done whit customerAbsurd! 
This is the most polite word I found to express my opinion on the subject. I am sure that you will not be interested in my opinion, but to be charged for a flat tire and that the company did not have spare parts and tools for me to change, that has no words.
This value that you insist on charging will certainly not make me poorer, nor you richer, but I will certainly express my opinion by all means possible to the media, including, I will seek in the justice of that country more information about it and the respective if applicable.
Please charge my credit card and I will be happy to pay and keep any and all proof of payment for this charge.
Of course, this company will no longer be part of my travels, as it certainly is from several / many of my friends and acquaintances traveling in Brazil and abroad.
The company claims that I did damage to the vehicle! I did not do any damage, just something thrown on that city highway punctured the tire. Should he sue the city hall?
Of course this also certainly does not matter to them because they will not make them poorer either.

I have rented from this location many times and have had no issues. Gabriela M provided exceptional customer service with all of my rentals.
