This place use to be the best location to rent from. The past few months have been a disaster. Dont rent from there, theres always a problem. Since new management at location it has gone down hill. We rent from them frequently due to work beacause location is convenient to drive to. We have experienced dirty, smelly cars. Twice they have tried giving me cars that tire pressure oil change light is on. They have cars with more than 50k miles on it with mechanical issue. Most of the times they give you a car when you pick up thats low on fuel, then they dont market on the computer & you get charged extra. Kaleb loves to charge extra, he is the new manager. The rudest, non caring character that has worked at that location. I think corporate should step in & put some new people in there. Get rid of the manager !! The only guy there thats any good is Mike who is the the counter ..Good luck with your rental, if you can go elsewhere.

I had rented from this location before & never had any problems. That is until I had one of the worst customer services incidents of my life by the tall blonde female that worked there 08/30/2016 @ approx. 2:30pm. So wish I got here name, in the long run I got a refund for the bogus charge she charged me but because of her Hertz lost my business for life!

Mike was extremely helpful with an issue we had and went above and beyond to resolve it.  5 star service from Mike and Hertz.

Quick service when reserving online, cars are decent, most available whats been picked out. Reason for the low rating is due to one incident. Severly low tire with constant air leak during my 3 day rental. If it wasnt for the Low tire pressure indicator, i would've never thought of checking something that shouldve been checked before being rented out. I rent from this local because its close to me, otherwise would be renting elsewhere.
