Great, friendly staff, but couldn't give 5-stars for two reasons:

(1) Didn't have a car for us until 2pm, when we had requested a 10am pickup - however, at least they did call and let us know. When we did get a car, it was beautiful and pretty much brand new.

(2) I don't really care for the fact that the company has their salespeople really push/pressure you into upcharges on insurance/gas. If I hadn't read the fine print about them putting "gas cheaper than market value" (which only applies to the first few gallons) we'd have definitely ended up paying more for filling up the rest of the tank. Luckily - we did it ourselves.

Would definitely use this Enterprise location again, but I'll keep the above in mind on our next visit to Cape Coral.

During our stay in Florida I was at Enterprise Cape Coral Pkway Cape Coral several times. During those visits the sales associates were all friendly knowledgeable and great to work with. Especially Alex a manager. If you rent from this location you'll be a happy customer!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact we were upgraded a category because they didn't have any full size cars on lot.  Salemen that dealt with us was excellent!!   He honestly deserves a raise!!    No hassle checkout and didn't try to sell us all the normal stuff car rental companies jam down your throat.  Would absolutely reccomend this location for anyone traveling to the Cape Coral area.

the staff was extremely polite. the car was perfect for my needs. the only thing i did not like was there was no place for me to place my phone where it didnt slide around. i was using it for directions so was difficult at times. but other than that it was a great experience.

The staff is friendly and quick to help.  I usually pick up a car as they open and they try their best to get me out the door quickly, within 15 minutes.  The cars are usually 2017s and are ready to go.
